What is RUCOR Advanced

Automatically generate and submit road user charge applications to refund your off-road travel with the Fleetpin add-on RUCOR Advanced.

If you operate RUC vehicles, you may be able to claim a refund from NZTA due to your vehicle’s off-road travel. Fleetpin makes it easy to submit these applications.

The RUCOR Advanced add-on allows you to extend our existing RUCOR functionality. Now you can select and review eligible RUC licences, generate the PDF application, and submit it. Eliminate the need to manually fill out RUCORs for all of your RUC licences and let this add-on do all the work for you.

How it works

The RUCOR Advanced add-on automatically populates all fields in the NZTA RUCOR from your Fleetpin off-road data and your business details. If you have more than 10 RUC licences to claim, the add-on will automatically fill out additional RUCOR forms. Finally, just review and digitally sign the form, and we’ll send it directly to NZTA along with a copy for your records.
