GoCardless is an online payment platform that lets businesses collect payments directly from a customer's bank account. You may already use direct debit to pay things like power bills, insurance, or subscriptions. GoCardless works the same way.
Once you authorise it, Fleetpin can collect payment automatically when a charge is due. You don't need to log in, approve anything, or do anything at all. The payment just happens.
What It Looks Like for You
Setting up GoCardless takes about two minutes. After that, you don't need to do anything. When an invoice is due, you'll get an email before any payment is taken just to let you know that it is happening. The amount is then collected directly from your account.
