Logging Into Fleetpin Using Tenant-Locked SSO
For users in a tenant-locked organisation, this article goes over how to accept an invite and login.
How to Login
- Go to the Fleetpin login page
- Enter your work username/email address. This must be done before the next step and should match exactly to the Azure email.
- Select the Continue with Microsoft option. This will redirect you to the tenant.
- Complete any MFA your organisation requires and if successful you will return to Fleetpin signed-in.
If sign-in fails, refresh the page and try again. If not successful contact your administrator for assistance.
Accepting an Invite
An invite to a tenant-locked organisation opens a page with a Sign in with Microsoft button.
Click it and sign in with your work account; you are taken into your Fleetpin account and the invite is accepted on that first sign-in.
The account must be in your organisation's Azure tenant and its work email must match the address you were invited with. There is no password to set.
Changing your password or 2FA
While you are signed in with Microsoft you cannot change your Fleetpin password or two-factor authentication (2FA) settings. Your sign-in and MFA are managed by your Azure tenant.
